Things they would always carry with them (optional): She dresses expensively, sensuously, and flatteringly. She understands clothes and she knows how to make them work. Rich, elegant colors and very soft, texturized fabrics are what she wears most often. The cut of her robes is suggestive but classy, and the material and construction just scream money to people. She has exquisite taste, and wears light, simplistic and elegant jewelry to accent her outfits.

Personality

First Impression (others have of you): Strong, intelligent, passionate, reckless and ambitious. Warm and open to those she views as being worth her time.
General Behaviour: Very quick and intelligent, but driven by instinct. When she gets angry, she doesn't control herself and the results can be disastrous. Lisa doesn't really comprehend danger, and she'll try things that most people won't simply out of idle curiosity. This makes her reckless, adventurous, and very willing to try just about anything. She is beautiful, confident, and very aware of her own appeal. Lisa knows how to attract attention, both the kind you don't want, and the kind you do. She's very good with body language, and using herself to her best advantage. Being a bit of a snob, she very decidedly looks down on less pure bloodlines but not in a very vocal manner. It's more of a subtle attitude then anything else.

She is provocative by nature, and she likes to play with people. Lisa loves to lead them on and toy with them. In fact, she finds people fascinating in that regard. She finds people who are beneath her expendable, and since there are quite a lot of them, she can be reckless with the lives of those people. Those that she respects or views as her equals do not fall into that category.

Lisa is very ambitious. She believes in Bellatrix' cause wholeheartedly, but for reasons that are more then idealistic. She wants to further herself, and she views being a Death Eater as an opportunity, as well as a cause. She places a lot of importance in things like bloodline, and although she is able to see the inherent worth of an individual, she adds weight to their character depending on that little feature. Respect is something that is hard earned from her. Blood, position or strength win it from her. She absolutely detests weakness of any kind. People who are smart enough to keep up with her games, people willing to risk, and ambition are high on her list of admired things.

Self assured and independent, she doesn't need any help to get through life, and she hasn't needed it in years. Lisa hates dependency with a passion, and disdains asking for help about anything that is less then life threatening. She has to be pushed into doing it by people who know her well. With people she loves or who know her very well and have earned her trust, Lisa can be warm and affectionate easily.

Family History: Caspar and Merowyn grew up together, through their pureblood families. Their marriage was "encouraged" by their respective familes. As they were for the most part unrelated, it was seen as an advantageous pureblood connection on both sides. Whether or not they truly loved each other was of no importance to either. They managed. Married right out of Hogwarts, Caspar inherited his family fortune and began to take over his father's business in trade. Merowyn had Lisa a few years after their marriage. She was raised in an indulgent atmosphere and was taught to understand superiority. Caspar and Merowyn stayed out of the war, staying safe in their mansion out in the middle of the countryside. They were more concerned with their own selfish reasons then anything else.

Once Lisa graduated Hogwarts, she went home to live with her parents. They died of a "riding accident" a year later.

Magical talents: Lisa is a very talented witch, and takes pride in doing what she knows well. Knowledge is important to her, and she's very intelligent. That has led her to pursue her magical talents with single-mindedness. She's capable at Occlumency, but not a master by any means. She's made a point of pursuing it, and has put a lot of work into the skill over the years but she's still only average at it. Her best talents lie with Transfiguration, and she's very, very good at it. Pretty much anything requiring transfiguration, she can do. In fact, after much fanatical training and practice, she became an Animagus. Her animagus form is a black house cat. She did it secretly, and did not register herself. It's a talent that very few people are aware of, and she uses it to her advantage. She's also good at several nasty bits of Dark Magic and is working at knowing more.
Magical weaknesses/aversions (what your character can't or won't do): Her weaknesses are very decided and she is very annoyed by them. They include Legilimency, Potions and Herbology. Legilimency particularly annoyed her, as she would have loved to have been able to use it. Potions she was never able to get a grasp on, and Herbology she couldn't find any interest in. As to what she won't do, nothing.

Current situation

Affiliations & Organisations: Death Eaters
Faction this character supports: The Lestranges
Role in the ongoing war: Lisa focused on getting through Hogwarts. She finished quickly, and well and immediately went home to her pureblood parents. Harry killed Voldemort during her last year. Neither of her parents was involved in the war, and wanted it to remain that way. They were strictly concerned with the Turpins and the Turpins only. Although, both of her parents had definite leanings toward the Dark Lord's end of things, neither of them wanted to openly pursue it. They were more concerned with protecting the family. Lisa was therefore kept largely safe, but very isolated. She used the time to pursue her magical education. She had much more definite sympathies for the Death Eater's faction then her parents, but she had no outlet for expressing them. Therefore, she spent most of her time holed up in the library developing her Transfiguration skills. Lisa was not surprised that the war continued after the Dark Lord's death.

When her parents died in 2000 in a riding accident together, Lisa inherited her family fortune which was substantial. She was twenty at the time. As soon as she had herself securely settled, she contacted her cousin, Julian Lalley. He was a Death Eater, and although it hadn't been much discussed, Lisa was well aware of it. As such, she calmly and assuredly approached him and delicately but clearly expressed her interest in supporting the Lestranges. He secured her an audience, and Lisa swiftly and passionately dedicated herself to the cause.

Once she became a Death Eater, she devoted herself to it with single minded focus. Her ambition and her recklessness helped her make a name for herself, and her willingness to try just about anything asked of her made her noticeable. With her personal fortune, she worked on investing intelligently. Deciding to maintain her family reputation of a recluse, she kept herself largely out of society and mostly invisible. It made her much more useful. She spent the next four years fine tuning her Animagus ability and once she was entirely sure of herself, revealed it to Bellatrix and Rodolphus. She sees no need to hide what she believes, and she sticks almost exclusively to her circle of society (ie. Death Eaters).

To further invest her fortune, Lisa also began to look into starting a legitimate business. A business that she would run from a distance, but would provide a much needed outlet for pureblood society.
